Beyoncé Joins Kamala Harris at Texas Rally

Pop star Beyoncé will join Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris at a rally in Houston, Texas, on Friday, a campaign official told TicTacNews on condition of anonymity.

Beyoncé’s song “Freedom” from her album “Lemonade” has been used at Harris’s campaign events since she became the Democratic nominee after Joe Biden dropped out of the race. Beyoncé’s appearance at the rally is expected to be a major boost to Harris’s campaign, which has been relatively quiet in Texas so far.

Beyoncé and her husband, rapper and producer Jay-Z, have previously expressed support for former President Barack Obama and performed at the White House during his presidency. Harris has also received endorsements from other celebrities, including singer Taylor Swift and actor Robert De Niro.

According to a senior campaign official, Harris is expected to address reproductive rights at the rally, seeking to draw a contrast with former President Donald Trump on the contentious issue ahead of the election. The vice president will also blame Trump for extreme abortion restrictions, including those in Texas.

While in Texas, Harris will also sit down for an interview with popular podcaster Brené Brown, as she continues to engage with media outlets in an effort to reach voters where they are.
